All deliveries are handled by our trusted third-party courier partners. Once your parcel has been collected, you’ll receive a confirmation email with full delivery details. Orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days after collection. We’ll keep you updated on your order status as information becomes available. If your delivery is delayed beyond the timeframe provided in your confirmation email, please contact us and we’ll look into it promptly.
Delivery is charged at a standard rate of £4.99. However, orders over £500 qualify for free delivery. Please contact us to arrange this. Please note that the £4.99 delivery charge still applies to any orders cancelled after dispatch confirmation has been issued.
If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase or receive a faulty item, you’re entitled to a full refund within 30 days of your order, in line with your legal rights and our returns policy. We offer a returns service at the standard delivery rate of £4.99. Simply follow the instructions included with your delivery note. If you prefer to arrange your own return, please contact us with the details and let us know when to expect the returned goods.
